The world has often been described as that evil part of the existence here on earth and in many cases the Bible backs it up. 1 John 2:16 (KJV) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 1 John 2:16 (NLT2) For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father but are from this world. Pride, pleasure and our lust for what we see are a substantial part of the world we live in today, and it is getting worse by the day. Killing, stealing, political lusts and the greed of man are so prevalent, one would have to be a ‘blind man’ not to see what is going on in the world around us. There are wars and rumors of wars, deception or lust for power at the highest levels right down to the idea that many of these men are demon possessed and their unsatisfiable hunger for money and power however it can be obtained. They will stop at nothing right down to the justification of deceiving and hungering for the change in this country even to cheat, steal and destroy an election.
I have had folks question my thoughts on the ‘demon possession’ I have mentioned before because there could be no other force behind these ‘creatures of power and greed’. I am amazed at folks questioning the idea of demon possession in the highest offices of the land, yet when you question them concerning their knowledge of demons, they just shrug their shoulders and walk away totally ignorant of the idea of demons. Yet dealing with demons is a sure sign that one is born again yet where has the body of Christ been in dealing with these engrafted demonic forces. Mark 16:17-18 (NKJV) And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."
Demons are real and because you know nothing about them do not make them a nonexistent entity. They are alive and well on the planet earth and they are in the lives of every believer, deceiving, lying, perverting, and attempting to lead them astray from the precious and magnificent promises of an “Almighty God” who has promised us freedom from these fallen spirits who have no chance for redemption as they are here in a totally fallen state. They have no power over the Christian who surrenders their will to the Lord of Lord and King of King. In other words, they are very much engaged in the affairs of man and politicians and world leaders and want to control, dominate and manipulate, the leadership of the world and are currently doing a very good job of it. However, we who believe have all power and authority over these ‘dead spirits’ granted to us by our Creator. The damage these fallen spirits have done is monumental yet can be reversed by a group of believers who are called by His name and all that needs to be done is to humble ourselves and turn to God for His assistance and He will right all wrongs. It will happen now or in the near future, you can ‘take it to the bank.’ 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV) If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
