It was the stripes of Jesus that activated the healing, and this is one of the many reasons that communion is so important in the church. A constant awareness of the Sacrificial Lamb and his love for mankind to devote all that He had for the furtherance of mankind and His desire to see us free from the bondage of satan and his demonic sickness and diseases that he has showered down on mankind due to our ignorance and our knowledge to defeat him by standing against him and declaring, “Let God be true and every man a liar!” Rom 3:4 [NKJV] Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written: "That You may be justified in Your words And may overcome when You are judged." Romans 3:4 (MSG) Not on your life! Depend on it: God keeps his word even when the whole world is lying through its teeth. Scripture says the same: Your words stand fast and true; Rejection doesn't faze you. Romans 3:4 (GW) That would be unthinkable! God is honest, and everyone else is a liar, as Scripture says, “So you hand down justice when you speak, and you win your case in court.”
The Church has literally missed the concept of healing in the Body of Christ and has placed themselves in a place that the world does not want to pay much attention, especially the Jewish community that looks to the miracles as a sign that God is with them and is able to keep that which they have committed against that day [of miracles]. They hide behind the idea that they have tried that before, and it just was not God’s will for them to be healed. When all the time God is speaking to all of us, to learn to stand and having done all, stand. 1 Corinthians 16:13 (AMP) Be alert and on your guard; stand firm in your faith (your conviction respecting man's relationship to God and divine things, keeping the trust and holy fervor born of faith and a part of it). Act like men and be courageous; grow in strength! Ephesians 6:13-14 (NCV) That is why you need to put on God’s full armor. Then on the day of evil you will be able to stand strong. And when you have finished the whole fight, you will still be standing. So stand strong, with the belt of truth tied around your waist and the protection of right living on your chest.
