Take advantage of Early Bird discounted registration rates through Friday, November 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Summit 2026 will be presented as a hybrid event, giving attendees the option to register for either In-Person attendance or remote, Virtual attendance hosted via live streaming. The registration deadline is Thursday, December 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST.

• CME Credits allowing you to earn up to:
• 18.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™
• 18.0 AOA Category 1-A Credits (for Osteopathic physicians)
• 18.0 Live AAFP Prescribed credits
• Recordings of ALL educational sessions available within 2 weeks of the conference conclusion; accessible for 30 days to registered attendees only.
