Participants should leave with a complete view of how airport concessions “works.” We’ll also have time for a lively Q&A session.

Track 3 – Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Prompt Payment Requirements for Airports/FAA Civil Rights Connect DBE Goal Setting Tool: This session will provide an overview of the Prompt Payment provisions as defined by 49 CFR Part 26 and related guidance and the new complaint reporting requirements resulting from the 2018 FAA Reauthorization. In addition, the session will include an overview of the new DBE Goal-Setting Tool that includes features to assist with calculating the triennial goal and writing the goal methodology.
