Join us as we tee off in support of Alberta youth at our largest annual fundraiser The Eric Newell Kidz in Careers (KIC) Golf Classic at Heritage Pointe Golf Club in Calgary on July 6, 2023.
Funds raised from the Kidz in Careers Golf Classic go directly to support work integrated learning student internship programming through CAREERS, including specialized opportunities for Indigenous Youth and Young Women in Trades.

RMWB Skilled Trades Info Session- Fort McMurray

CAREERS is holding sessions for recent graduates under 25 wanting to explore a career in carpentry, insulating, plumbing, rope access technician, scaffolding and more.
Skilled Trades Night - Edmonton
March 14
CAREERS is pleased to be hosting an in-person Skilled Trades night to showcase 50+ trades within Alberta.
Students and parents are invited to try some trades first-hand, network with employers, and learn where CAREERS can help them apply for summer employment.
Employers are invited to showcase their industry, answer questions, provide hands-on opportunities and resources, and to connect with local youth.
Agriculture Discovery Day - Medicine Hat
March 16
CAREERS invites students to explore what the agriculture industry has to offer.
Students will be bussed to 5-6 different rural agricultural businesses to experience a day-in-the-life and learn the different career pathways options available.
