Dear Good Times’ Parents,

Thank you for being a part of our Good Times family!

As we close our gates and the leaves begin to fall, we look forward to celebrating our 24th season next summer.

We are excited to announce that Early Bird Registrations will be accepted between October 15th and October 30th, 2022.

Families who register between those dates will receive a 5% discount off tuition rates for 2023. With that, Good Times remains committed to providing a high quality environment with top tier, camper first programing. Due to rising labor costs combined with increasing input expenses, we will be raising our rates, slightly, for the first time in three years. The Early Bird discount will be the only discount offered for 2023 other than our additional camper discounts. New and returning families are eligible for the Early Bird discount.


For returning families, Early Bird Registration is easy through your online account:

• Simply, log into your existing account. 
• (If you need help with your login information, please e-mail Richard at Richard@goodtimeswi.com)
• Click on "Reservations", followed by "Make a new reservation".
• Pay the $150 per camper registration fee for 2023.
• Choose from the following selection of payment plan options.

1. Pay $150 on the 1st of each month (beginning November 1st) with the balance due on June 1^st, 2023.
2. Divide your balance into five equal payments, which will be charged to your credit card on the 1st of November, December, January, February, and March.
3. Pay the balance in full at the time of registration.

Please note the following changes and date highlights for 2023:

Due to the schedule of the public-school system, our 2023 season will run from Monday, June 5th, through Friday, August 25th.

• June 5th  – 9^{th ..........} Pre Week
• Activities as scheduled, however there will be no bussing to our Brookfield base.
• Monday, June 12^th .......... Opening Ceremony/Helicopter Drop
• Monday, July 3rd & Tuesday, July 4th .......... Closed for Independence Day
• Friday, July 7th .......... Carnival Day
• Friday, July 21st ......... Annual Overnight (Campers 7 and older)
• Friday, August 18th ^.......... Follies (End of Summer Celebration, Families Welcome!)
• August 21st – August 25th ^.......... Camp Open, Final Week
• Activities as scheduled, however there will be no bussing to our Brookfield base.

• We plan on continuing to offer the same flexibility in scheduling days, as we always have; however, pre-registration for the following dates will be required: Helicopter Drop, Carnival Day, and Follies. This can be done through the registration process. To avoid penalty, we will offer a 10 day cancellation notice for each of these days.
• Our Good Times concession stand will operate the same as it has in the past; however, concession wristbands will now be 4 wristbands for $5 or $1.25 each. Similarly, Friday Pizza Lunch wristbands will be 4 wristbands for $25 or $6.25 each.
• Our annual overnight is scheduled for Friday, July 21st. Details for this event will be finalized early this Spring.
• Days added after October 30th will not be eligible for the Early Bird discount.
• First-year junior counselors pay full tuition and are eligible for the Early Bird discount.
• Good Times is licensed by the Department of Children and Family Services and in most cases, our fees are tax deductible. (Please check with your accountant before making any financial decisions.)
