ABB Advanced VFD is a 2-day, intensive class that provides a more in-depth look at architecture, options, and parameters. It includes more complex, hands-on sessions on control panels, macros, startup and control, programming, and troubleshooting.

Class Prerequisite: Students taking the Advanced class must have taken the Cates ABB Basic VFD class as a prerequisite. Class Syllabus

Dave McDonald is the instructor for the ABB Basic VFD and Advanced VFD classes. He has been engineering and servicing VFDs, as well as teaching classes, for over 30 years. Dave is a great instructor and his extensive knowledge makes him a valuable resource for our students during class.
