Early Childhood and School-Age Care Policy Notes

2301 (Stabilization) and 2237 (Income Tax Credit) bills both failed on the House Floor this afternoon (3/17) with 14 yeas, 78 nays. Statements around opposition for both bills referenced the DHHS budget and Governor priorities for affordable, available, and quality in early childhood programs.

SB 2012: A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of various divisions of the department of health and human services; to provide an exemption; and to provide for a report.
