Early Childhood and School-Age Care Policy Notes

North Dakota's 68th Legislative Assembly started on January 3, 2023. Child Care Aware of North Dakota and North Dakota Afterschool Network will be tracking bills and initiatives that may impact early childhood, school-age care, and other afterschool and out-of-school time programming. Policy updates will be sent weekly and as important developments occur during session to keep you informed and to notify you of opportunities to be involved.
