Classroom Engagement Model (CEM) Update
Twice a year, our CEM Implementation Team completes our BOQ (Benchmarks of Quality) which helps us understand where we are at with implementing CEM in our program. The BOQ looks at the following categories: Establish Implementation Team, Staff Readiness and Buy-In, Family Engagement, Program-Wide Action Plan, All classrooms Demonstrate Implementation of Evidence-Based Practices, Procedures for Responding to Individual Children, Staff Capacity-Building and Support, and Monitoring Implementation and Outcomes. Our BOQ score increased from 76.56% in Spring 2022 to 79.69% this Fall!
