Due to its commitment, and the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic, 2021 will go a bit differently for V.F. McNeil’s 135th year in business. The local insurance agency’s calendar of commemorative activities has solely focused on improving the client and staff experience.
Voted in 2020 as the #1 choice for insurance on the Connecticut Shoreline, the team at V.F. McNeil has marked this pretty magnificent achievement with a major investment in upgrading its technology to better serve its staff and clients. This upgrade will also include a customer portal and upgraded mobile app for both staff and clients, and will provide anywhere, anytime account access.
The agency has also implemented video quote proposals, video insurance reviews, and video appointments for any future instances when in-person service is not possible or preferred.
Joining the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce in 2014, V.F. McNeil has sponsored WIN (Women in Networking) since 2017, and recently commit to a corporate sponsorship for 2021 to help commemorate its anniversary and support its fellow chamber members.
Last, but not least, the agency applied to the United States Patent and Trademark office, and was approved for a registered trademark to identify the phrase, The right insurance from day one® as its official tagline. The phrase was inspired by a common theme of client feedback collected for over fourteen years and communicates how seriously the agency takes serving the insurance protection needs of its clients.
