About Keynote Speaker Amy Holloway
Amy is the energetic leader of Avalanche Consulting, Inc., the nation’s leading economic development strategist. Avalanche creates targeted economic development strategies, custom research, workforce analyses, and communications platforms for the most dynamic communities in the country.
In her 24 years of experience as a strategist, Amy has advised more than 150 communities across the U.S., including work for the Atlanta Regional Commission, Charleston Regional Development Alliance, Charlotte Regional Partnership and Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Chattanooga Chamber, Columbus 2020, Greater Houston Partnership, JAXUSA Partnership, Indy Partnership, Miami-Dade’s Beacon Council, Provo City Utah, and Sonoma County California, just to name a few. Amy received Austin Under 40’s 2010 Austinite of the Year award in the field of government and public affairs. In 2012, the Austin Business Journal named Amy one of the five most influential women in Austin.

About Keynote Speaker Chris Knight
Chris Knight is the Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of WAVTEQ and has been working in the field of foreign direct investment and advising governments for over a decade.
A dynamic speaker with extensive knowledge in all aspects of foreign direct investment (FDI), Chris is an expert in lead generation, analyzing and interpreting FDI trends worldwide, investment promotion, and location benchmarking. Chris has extensive experience working in global markets including Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East and has worked with over 200 economic development organizations globally - regularly speaking at conferences in the U.S., Dubai, Rio, Singapore, and Cannes to name a few
Chris has a keen interest in working with EDO’s from developing economies and assisting them in building themselves up to attract more FDI.

Kelly Tompkins, CNU-A, has advanced the revitalization of downtown Enid through marketing, design, events, creative placemaking, community partnerships, public art, and historic preservation. Her efforts as Executive Director of Main Street Enid, along with staff, board members, partners and volunteers, have created vibrancy and excitement, attracting thousands of people to Enid’s historic district each year to make memories and support local businesses. Kelly also owns Hive Appeal, a creative team helping more places appeal to visitors, residents, and businesses through marketing, public art, and revitalization tactics.
