He started as a Project Manager working on the first Public Private Partnership "P3" project in Ontario, the Brampton Civic Hospital, and is now the Senior Project Director and the Consortium Representative for Ontario's biggest P3 project, the New Oakville Hospital which is now under construction. He has been involved in nine P3 projects to date including light rail, healthcare, education and justice projects.
