2024 Circle of Excellence Sales Awards® Applications are Open

Click here to apply for the 2024 New Jersey REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Awards®. The awards are an opportunity to claim victory for your accomplishments.

This year, changes made to the application include:

The designation/certification industry unit will be accepted from Nov. 4, 2023, through Nov. 15, 2024

Transactions not listed as verified now require proof of closing

Applicants must provide the same proof materials as non-MLS transactions for all transaction units that are not in an MLS operating in New Jersey or recognized by New Jersey REALTORS®

Options, renewals, and extensions for rentals can no longer be claimed for a unit

Remember, October 7th is the deadline to receive 1 industry unit toward the Circle of Excellence Awards® by investing at least $100 in REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC). Invest in RPAC today

Guest Speaker is Needed for Bras for a Cause Event in October

The Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR), Southern NJ Regional is searching for a guest speaker for their upcoming Bras for a Cause on October 16th.

Bras for a Cause is a fun night that benefits the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper. Attendees enjoy drinks, food, raffles, and a model show. This annual event takes place at Paris Catering in Berlin.

The WCR is searching for any NEXUS member that is a breast cancer survivor and may want to share the stage to speak about their experience. If you are interested, please email WCR Local President Jeanine Pescatore at jeaninepescatore@live.com. And remember to save the date for Bras for a Cause on October 16th.
