Would it surprise you to learn that NASA attended a conference for respiratory science, lung disease, and public health?

Our work has more in common with those topics than you’d think. Last month, our Health and Air Quality program area team attended and spoke at the American Thoracic Society Conference — an event we have participated in for over a decade.

There, we connected with pulmonary, critical care, and sleep professionals to share how Earth observations can enhance public health decision-making in areas like environmental health and infectious diseases.

If you missed us at the conference or are simply curious about how we support healthier communities worldwide, you can explore our resources and learn more.
