Outside Gate 8 (Paul Ave & Beford Park Blvd W)

Mondays, 8 a.m.-12 pm.


🥗 Attend a Compost Workshop

Gate 12 (Paul Ave, just south of the Leonard Lief Library)

Wednesdays, 3-4 p.m. (unless it is raining)

Drop by with food scraps from home or work with food scraps from Lehman's cafeteria. Gloves and shoe covers are provided.

With the June primary approaching, two Democratic candidates–current Bronx Borough President Vanessa L. Gibson and City Council Member Rafael Salamanca Jr.–will discuss the issues with Lehman College Journalism students on Tuesday, April 29 at 11 a.m. in the Black Box Theatre.

Seeds of a Journey: Students at the Global Green Earth Day Celebration (Joined by Peace Corps) sold seeds, pothos cuttings, and jewelry they made on the spot from rolled paper, to raise funds for study abroad scholarships.
