FARM

April is Earth Month

Dig in, Do Good, Celebrate with us at the Farm!

As responsible stewards of the land, Land's Sake uses regenerative farming practices - compost, cover crops, mulch, and no synthetic chemicals. The Farmstand is a hub for locally grown produce, as well as items from other local farms and artisans. Visit the farmstand Wed-Sun, 10am - 4pm.

April is full of exciting events at the farm! From hands‑on education programs to engaging community celebrations — all are designed to connect you with the land during Earth Month. See what's coming up below!

FARM

Annual Meeting Recap: Board Updates & Changes

At Tuesday's Annual Meeting, Land’s Sake said farewell to three longtime board members. Outgoing President Chris Sanzone provided invaluable legal guidance throughout our Capital Campaign and the signing of our long-term lease. Margo Flint brought a depth of marketing expertise, leading the creation of our current logo. Teddy Bascom offered tremendous support during his tenure, serving as project manager for the construction of the farmstand and equipment barn. We are deeply grateful for their commitment and lasting contributions to Land’s Sake.

The 2026 Land’s Sake Officers are Miriam Levy, Board President; Leila Otis, Vice President; Brian Clymer, Treasurer; and Kate Kinlin, Secretary.

We are also excited to welcome three new board members: Eve Rapoport, Jen Smith, and Stephanie Corcoran.

Land's Sake board members support the farm by sharing their expertise across a range of disciplines, providing strategic guidance, and generously dedicating their time. We look forward to the impact Eve, Jen, and Stephanie (not pictured) will have on the organization.
