As 2021 comes to a dramatic close, be prepared for more truths to be unearthed about our current global situation. More people from all walks of life and backgrounds are speaking out about the draconian laws being put into place around the globe in the name of safety. The polarity between people has reached a grand crescendo! As we enter into 2022 it is time to heal the separation that is flued by the mainstream media, fear sells and keeps people afraid of each other and separate based on personal health choices, race, or political party you side with at this time. The good news astrologically speaking 2022 will be lighter if you calm yourself and start to trust your intuition and stop following advertising agencies on the Boob Tube that do not have your best interest at heart.
How can we become a harmonious human family? The first step is to come into unity within yourself, with meditation, yoga, sound healing, mantras, healthy whole plant foods, and healing time in nature. Another of the tools I am using this month is to register for the " Race Demystified" virtual course by Milagros Phillips on Dec 8 & 9th to heal and come into wholeness any trauma that has been attributed to racism that still dwells in my subconscious awareness or conscious thoughts. On my recent trip to the African American Museum in DC visiting my Great Grandmothers, Louvinia Prices exhibit I have experienced profound healing going back several generations. Healing the pain and shame of slavery traced back to and before Louvinia Price who was born 1857-1934 enslaved in Alabama and became a dressmaker after she gained her freedom and moved to Boston, MA. Louvinia is part of the new exhibit that started on Sept 24th and goes until the end of August 21th 2022, " Make Good The Promises: Reconstruction and Its Legacies". I encourage you to go on a field trip to the museum over the next year, it is not crowded due to the limited number of people that can come through at a time now, you just have to reserve your tickets online for up to 1 month in advance. Over the holidays a must-see on Netflix is "Black & White" The Colin Kaepernick's story. He was born to a white mother and black father and given up for adoption as an infant, then raised by white parents who supported him with this athletic career. His parents were unaware of all the hidden and overt racism he had to face growing up in a predominately white neighborhood and initially being one of the favorites for major league baseball. Being bi-racial myself a looking totally white to most people in the 1970's I could relate to his story and my prayer is that more documentaries like this will contribute to healing racism and finding wholism.

Winter is the hibernation season. Even though humans don’t physically hibernate, our bodies do. During winter, Qi (energy), blood, and body fluids dwell deep into the body flowing through our bones, reflecting the water exchange of nourishment, as waste is separated from our kidneys. This process promotes winter healing as our body prepares for spring detoxification.
The peak organs of Winter are the Kidneys and Bladder. This is the season to balance our fire (acid) and water (alkaline) body elements. When we balance these two elements, it assists in the reduction and/or elimination of infertility, diabetes, hypertension, lymphedema, dialysis, mental distress, cancer, and other health imbalance related to the Endocrine system. It also balances the Chakras that are a healing element of the endocrine system.
Our kidneys maintain the balance of our bones, which houses our DNA and Stem Cells. Your DNA and Stem Cells influence the healing properties of the blood working to reduce and/or eliminate the prevalence of health disharmonies including Covid -19.
