Everyone—every soul—incarnates into this earth plane because they belong to a certain level of consciousness or awareness, except for a very few souls who are in a higher state of awareness. These few higher souls are here to raise the awareness of those souls who are ready for their awareness to be raised. Their readiness is not brought about by any religion or spiritual teacher, but from God’s Presence within a soul that knows a soul is now sufficiently aware to awaken to more of Reality.
This earth plane is a plane of contrasts—day or night, heat or cold, love or loneliness, health or illness, wealth or poverty, pleasure or pain, war or peace, and so on. The vast majority of souls who are not awakened are drawn to incarnate into this earth plane of contrasts and contradictions because their state of consciousness or soul-state is filled with contrasts or contradictions.

Handling Life's Problems: No matter what the year or what the subject, Dr. Masters’ wisdom for daily living is just as relevant for life today as it was when it was first delivered. In this lecture, Dr. Masters talks about life’s problems and how they are actually God’s blessings in disguise.
You might wish to have no problems in life, but truth be told, without problems there is no necessity to grow. Problems force you to find new ways to do things—to explore new possibilities and avenues. Facing the challenge a problem poses gives you an opportunity to reach deeper into yourself and do better . . . to rise to the occasion, overcome the problem, and feel better about yourself and your possibilities in life.
In short, problems can force you to grow up and become wiser in mind. As the famous psychologist Carl Jung pointed out, “You don’t really solve problems; you outgrow them.”
Affirmations for “Handling Life’s Problems” are:

Growth: I acknowledge that I experience spiritual growth as I outgrow a problem in my consciousness through a growth of consciousness.

Meditation: Every time I meditate, either consciously or unconsciously, I experience a growth of consciousness, which causes me to outgrow my problems.

Visualization: Whatever problems I may be having in my life, let me visualize that the problems exist in a darkened area of my mind, and that I have outgrown the problems by emerging from that dark level of my mind into a higher level of my mind filled with God’s Light.

Release: I release any and all problems in my life to God’s Healing Light at the center of my mind, and I transcend the level of my mind associated with my problems.

Nullifying: I totally refuse to allow any problems to have power over me, but instead, I enter into inner oneness with God’s Presence, and rise above the mind level of any problems in my life.

Attitude: The power of God working in and through my mind intuitively guides me on how to rise above any and all problems in my life, right now or at any time in the future.

Higher Consciousness Meditation

For many years, Dr. Paul Leon Masters taught students the practice of higher consciousness and mystical meditation in his classes. Being divinely guided, he brought forth many new and innovative techniques and practices of meditation.
In everyday life, every physical perception has other vibratory levels that are usually unperceived by your physical senses. There are vibrational frequency energies on a psychic, ethereal, astral, mental, and mystical level. In Dr. Masters’ voice, there are usually undetected frequencies of high spiritual energies transmitted to corresponding energy frequencies in your own higher levels of mind and awareness, stimulating them into activity.
The higher vibrational frequencies in Dr. Masters’ voice come as the result of years of going into the higher levels of his consciousness during meditation, in which he has personally experienced practically all states of meditative consciousness, which you may have heard or read about in various schools of thought, such as Yoga, Alchemy, Theosophy, Self-Realization, Vedanta, Religious Science, Unity, and Mysticism.

For students who are already working on their thesis or dissertation, you can relax and breathe easily, as all enrolled students are grandfathered into our program. All enrolled students can utilize and follow the instructions provided at the time of their enrollment. However, we wish to remind students that the requirement to get one’s topic and statement of purpose approved has been discontinued.
With excellent new tips and resources to help our students understand the process of writing a thesis or dissertation, this new Handbook is packed with valuable information! In fact, all the requirements of the master’s degree thesis and doctoral degree dissertation have been combined into one easy-to-follow manual.
Additionally, inside, you will find new helpful resources, including diagrams and figures for those students who learn better visually, clear descriptions of what to place in each chapter, useful information on how to create Works Cited Entries, and more!
This new Handbook can be found in the Online Student Center under Thesis and Dissertation Tools, the Files Section of our Private Facebook Group, or by utilizing your Electronic Study Materials link.

My academic experience at the University of Metaphysics has been exceptional. Sharing my experience is a Pleasure!
Though the University is far, I sensed a genuine presence on a daily basis. To begin, I took a sabbatical from my personal and professional obligations when I opted to pursue my PhD at this university, as obtaining a PhD degree has always been a goal of mine. I returned to India in 2003 after earning my Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. At that time, I began applying for PhDs; however, despite receiving a seat back in the UK, I was unable to consider it because the scholarship was quite small and we could not afford to pursue it. I literally forgot about it over time.
Given this opportunity again, with an 80% scholarship, and the fact that I am now a different person with a subject of interest that exactly matches my chosen interest, it pierced my heart, and I chose to go for it with the mindset of "Now or Never!!"
The challenge was not only studying for and passing the PhD, but also going through the full procedure step by step. Yes, first study and pass the B.Msc, then the M.Msc, and finally the PhD.
I only saw myself submitting my PhD dissertation from the day I started with Module-1 in the B.Msc. syllabus onward. That means I didn't know I hadn't taken a break from my studies. God's presence was palpable throughout this journey.
Yes, It was Indeed a journey of Self Discovery. When I experienced a setback, Michelle held me, and then Dr. Jordan appeared, leading me wherever I needed support and advice. I felt the same way about everyone I've encountered with at this university; they're all so knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic, and they're always willing to help and guide.
Thank you, Dr. Masters, for establishing this University for me. And I felt guided by my Heavenly Father in discovering this University for me. Thank you, Michelle, Dr. Jordan, and all of the amazing people at this University.
