With over 50 years in the region, BART’s legacy continues to influence infrastructure planning, environmental policy, and urban development across the East Bay.

Cal State East Bay is celebrating a historic milestone this holiday season with a record-breaking $50 million gift — the largest single donation in the university’s history and a transformative investment in its mission to advance student success and regional impact. We're excited to kick off 2026 with a members-only tour of the Zoox manufacturing facility in Hayward. This tour will offer a unique look into one of the East Bay’s most advanced robotics manufacturing operations.
