The Community Resource Center in East L.A. is Now Offering Enrollment Services on Mondays.
Hello Community Partners,
Enrollment services appointments are available on Mondays from 9:00 am- 1:00 pm. Schedule your appointment for assistance with Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Covered California applications.
As a reminder, for the health and safety of visitors and staff, we have modified our operations to include limited room capacity, more frequent cleaning and sanitation, and social distancing guidelines in order to meet the recommendations made by public health officials. You can schedule your appointment online or call us at 213-438-5570. Also, don’t forget to check out our on-demand classes which are posted on our Community Resource Center YouTube channel. Services provided include: Member services, enrollment services, resource referrals such as food assistance, and telehealth services. Hours of operation are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am - 5pm.

Although we are currently unable to relaunch our group classes, you can still join our on-demand classes which are posted on our Community Resource Center YouTube channel. Please check out our new releases and featured classes. Remember, Be Healthy, Active and Informed!

- Nutrition and Healthy Cooking Classes
- Health Education
- Classes for Kids and Families

All of our classes and programs are free and open to everyone! The classes are being taught by our professional resource center instructors.
