Dear Glenbard East Community,
It is with deep sorrow that I inform the greater East community of the recent passing of one of our teachers, Ms. Allison Hurley.
Ms. Hurley was an important member of our school community, and she will be missed. As a teacher in the Social Studies and English Learner Departments as well as a sponsor for the Mock Trial and Girl Up activity clubs, she had a positive influence on students and her peers during her five years here at Glenbard East. Ms. Hurley was a champion for all students, but especially the underserved.
