As previously noted, the Board of Directors held its scheduled monthly meeting on August 1, 2022. - The Architectural Committee Meeting approved the July 11, 2022 meeting minutes; (1) approved with conditions the Major Category B Application from 2901 Alta Vista for construction of an ADU in the rear yard.
- In the General Session, Board meeting approved the minutes of the July 11, 2022 Board of Directors meeting.
- Approved the June 30, 2022, monthly financial reports subject to year-end audit.
- Received without action reports from the Landscape Committee, the Park Committee, the Neighborhood Watch Committee and City/NMUSD Issues liaison report on the City of Newport Beach Aviation Committee.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on September 12, 2022.
