In the Architectural Committee meeting, (1) The minutes of the November 6, 2023 meeting were approved. (2) Approved with conditions a cosmetic exterior renovation at 2633 Blackthorn. (3) Denied subject to resubmittal with additional information a floor area expansion and rooftop deck at 909 Almond.

In the General Session, the Board meeting approved the November 6, 2023, Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Approved the October 2023 monthly financial reports subject to year-end audit.
- Tabled consideration of the Annual Audit Report to clarify one matter in the audit.
- The Board approved Phase Two of the butterfly pollinator garden for the rear slope at Blue Heron Park for $8,988.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on January 8, 2024, via Zoom.
