The Board of Directors held its monthly meeting on January 5, 2026.
To keep owners and tenants informed about developments in Eastbluff, the Board is collaborating with HOA Connection to send a brief email update after each meeting, highlighting key decisions and issues.

In the Executive Session, the Board took the following actions.
- Approved the minutes of the December 1, 2025, meeting.
- Met with legal counsel Richardson & Ober.
- Reviewed and discussed legal correspondence and updates.
- Approved and discussed view impairments.
At the Architectural Committee meeting, the Board, acting as the Architectural Review Committee, took the following actions.
- Approved the minutes of the December 1, 2025, Architectural Committee Meeting with Ryan O'Grady and Paul Jones abstaining.

Approved the draft architectural construction deposit requirement.
In the General Session, the Board took the following actions:
- Approved the December 1, 2025, Board Meeting Minutes.
- Approved the November 2025 monthly financial reports, subject to year-end audit.
- Per written input from Association Insurance Agent LaBarre Osknee, the Board of Directors approved the use of Blue Heron Park by residents within the HOA associated with the Matt Lienhart Flag Football program for practice only, provided that the program provides a certificate of insurance naming the HOA as an additional insured.
- Approved the renewal of the Master Insurance Policy through LaBarre Osknee without terrorist coverage for $16,746.45.
- Tabled action on the draft of the proposed view impairment enforcement policy pending input from legal counsel.
- Approved not mandating organic products for use on the Blue Heron Park turf.
- Determined to have Blue Heron Park turf remain under the jurisdiction of the Landscape Committee and to add a budget line item for park turf in the 2026-27 budget.
The next Board of Directors meeting will take place on February 2, 2026, via Zoom.
