The Board of Directors held its monthly meeting on July 3, 2023.

- In the Architectural Committee Meeting, (1) approved as submitted a Minor Category 4 architectural application for 2824 Carob to modify the exterior siding and painting of the house. (2) Approved with conditions a Minor Category 6 architectural application for 2206 Aralia to install a tubular steel pool safety fence on the back slope of their property. (3) Approved with conditions a Major Category 2 architectural application for 2407 Bambood to demolish a significant portion of the existing home and add a second-story floor area. The Committee also approved the minutes of the June 5, 2023 meeting.
- In the General Session, the Board meeting approved the June 5, 2023, Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Approved the May 2023 monthly financial reports subject to year-end audit.
- Discussed, with the determination to take no action on an owner's recommendation to amend the CC&Rs.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on August 7, 2023, via Zoom.
