- In the Architectural Committee Meeting, approved a Notice of Completion for 3001 Carob requiring the removal of installed feather grass but not part of the landscape plan. Approved with conditions a Minor Category 4 architectural application for 2824 Carob for front and rear hardscape and landscape, including new walls, fences, and pool & spa with supporting equipment. Approved with conditions a Major Category 2 application for 2315 Arbutus to add a second-story floor area and renovate the home's exterior. Approved a Major Category 2 application for 2527 Alta Vista to add second-story floor area and balconies. Determined to keep in place the initial condition related to solar panel installation at 930 Aleppo and approved the minutes of the May 1, 2023, architectural meeting.
- In the General Session, the Board meeting approved the May 1, 2023, Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Approved the April 2023 monthly financial reports subject to year-end audit.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on July 3, 2023, via Zoom.
