- In Executive Session, approved the minutes of the February 6, 2023 executive session meeting minutes and gave direction to legal counsel on two view impairment issues.
- In the Architectural Committee Meeting, approved a Minor Category 4 architectural application at 2615 Buckeye for a new rear yard fence and pool/spa. Approved a Major Category 2 architectural application for 2936 Alta Vista for exterior modification, changed roof lines, new metal roof, rear balcony, doors, windows, exterior fireplace and firepit, barbeque center, pool bath, basketball court, and parking pad.
- In the General Session, the Board meeting approved the April 3, 2023, Board of Directors meeting minutes.
- Approved the March 2023 monthly financial reports subject to year-end audit.
- Determined to hold the July Board meeting on July 3, 2023.
- Announced the Annual Meeting will be held on July 11, 2023, at Oasis Senior Center.
- Approved the 2023-2024 fiscal year budget beginning July 1, 2023, with Annual Assessments increasing by $50 a year to $1,175.00
- Approved seven proposals for landscape improvements from EarthCo Landscape.
- Indicated that the turnout for the grand opening of the Butterfly Garden at Blue Heron Park was well attended.
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on June 5, 2023, via Zoom.
The Board encourages all owners to attend the monthly board meetings and stay informed on Association issues.
