Greetings!

Welcome to the Eastbluff Homeowners Community Association's "e-newsletter." The Board of Directors believes that this format will enable them to communicate more effectively with you, the Association members, keeping you informed about all the news that affects your Eastbluff community. Board Meeting Highlights

The Board of Directors held its monthly meeting on May 4, 2026.


To help keep owners and tenants informed about developments in Eastbluff, the Board is working with HOA Connection to provide a brief email update following each Board meeting, highlighting key decisions and important issues.

Executive Session

Due to a lack of quorum, no Executive Session was held.


Architectural Committee Meeting

The Board, acting as the Architectural Review Committee, took the following actions:

  • Approved the minutes of the April 13, 2026, meeting.
  • 2936 Carob – Approved a moderate landscape architectural application to replace an attached storage structure with an attached pool bath and to modify rear yard hardscape and landscaping, including installation of a retaining wall and spa.
  • 2321 Alta Vista – Reviewed a previously approved architectural application for modifications to front yard hardscape and landscaping, including a new driveway, entry walkway, garden walls, shade structure, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and garden lighting. Overall, the Board supported the direction of the project but requested revised plans addressing replacement of the removed parkway trees and restoration of parkway turf/grass areas.


General Session

The Board took the following actions during General Session:

  • Approved the April 13, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes.
  • Approved the March 2026 monthly financial reports, subject to year-end audit.
  • Approved investment of reserve funds into several certificates of deposit (CDs).
  • Reviewed the finalized 2026–2027 Neighborhood Connection Committee event schedule and approved seeking voluntary homeowner donations, as well as development of a vendor donation program subject to legal review.
  • Received an update from the Park Committee regarding a memorial plaque honoring longtime resident and Board member Barry Eaton, who recently passed away. No action was taken at this time.
  • Received notice that the Association was approved to renovate 26,999 square feet of turf and will receive a rebate of $4 per square foot, totaling $107,915. The project is expected to be completed in July 2026.


Next Board Meeting

The next Board of Directors meeting will take place on June 1, 2026, via Zoom.
