From your beloved Editor ....

It was nice to have yesterday as a holiday. Not that it was much different from every other day since I retired - it was just another day without meetings, long winded phone calls or being stuck in traffic. I suspect many of you are retired and have taken up quilting as a hobby. Isn't that kind of like work? Fun, creative work but still work. If only there was some way you could be recognized for your dedication and skill. Too bad there wasn't an event in the near future where you could show your creations to other quilters so they could marvel at your precise thread placement and your keen eye for colour coordination. Wait a minute ...........

Have you registered for Celebrate You yet? We really want to see you and your quilts at the event - click on the link shown above and register now.

I hope to see you in the shop soon.
