Dear Grace Family, 

As we enter Lent this year, do you ever think about what you want to do for Lent? We think of what we should do, pray, fast, and almsgiving. These are things we think about. We can self-deny ourselves of something, like sweets, fast food, television, or even social media. We can do things like serving others, being kind to everyone, being grateful daily for things we take for granted, or intentionally pray for people you may not pray for regularly. Whatever you choose to do this Lent, remember that this is a time to prepare our hearts and minds to remember Jesus! His life, death, and resurrection! The love and grace that is given to us through Him!  

Coming up next week we have the Senior Luncheon on Tuesday, 3/11/25 at 11:00 am at The Spaghetti Western. It is located at 1951 W. TC Jester. Join us for great fellowship! 

Friday, 3/14/25, Grace Weekday School will have Rodeo Round-Up from 5:00-7:00 pm. This is a free event but love donations will be accepted. All funds will go to school improvements. Bring the family and join in the fun! There will be food, games, and good music! Come out and fellowship with us! Yee-haw! 

Looking for a few volunteers to help with Sunday School! As many of you have noticed, our class has gotten bigger! We have had as many as fifteen children for Sunday School! This is amazing! With growth, we need to be mindful of space and safety for everyone. We would like to divide the children into two groups. The younger children that do not attend an elementary school will be in the smaller group cared for in the day school with two adults and the school-aged children will continue to meet in the Sunday School room with two adults. We will use room 2 in the day school to accommodate the younger children. This room is equipped with age-appropriate toys for the little ones to play with.
