You can also request orders and collections relating to CHEP Logistics online, giving you time back in your day and the ability to self-serve your logistics needs, when convenient.

Please note, as of 3 April, CHEP Logistics will ONLY accept requests via myCHEP. Email or other manual orders will not be accepted.

Quickly and simply place your orders on the new Load Containment website

In line with our commitment to make it easier to do business, you are now able to order Load Containment and Safety (LC&S) stock online, by logging in with your myCHEP username and password at: www.loadcontainment.chep.com
 
Note: CHEPStretch and consignment stock orders are unaffected. There is no impact on order timing.
 
By using this new website, you will benefit by being able to quickly and simply place orders, view your purchase history, conveniently browse the product range and complete transactions online.

Greater visibility on your corrections and reversals

You have access to receive automated daily email alerts on corrections and reversals  effecting your account. 

This provides you with greater visibility on your account activity and helps you manage these more efficiently with your trading partners.
