DoW SkillBridge 101 Webinar
Thursday, October 21, 2026
10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.
Microsoft Teams
Join Home Base Iowa as we discuss Iowa Workforce Development's role as a 3rd party administrator of the DoW SkillBridge Program and how we can assist businesses in becoming approved Industry Partners. Through the SkillBridge program, Industry Partners benefit from gaining early access to the extensive experience, skills, and unmatched work ethos Service Members bring to the workforce. All of this is possible while the U.S. DoW continues to pay the service member's salary and benefits while they participate in SkillBridge.
We will discuss the program requirements and the process to become an approved Industry Partner. There are two enrollment period windows each year with the DoW so don't let this unique opportunity pass you by. This is a great way to catch the best talent entering the civilian labor force each year.
