I plan to publish an update video each week until we get the 'all clear'. Hopefully this won't be too much longer.
Mass Reopening Plan - Phase 3, Week 4 - New Rules
This week saw the beginning of the Governor's new self-quarantine 'rules'. Now, folks entering Massachusetts from high risk states not only need to self-quarantine for 14 days, but they must also sign an affidavit stating that they will behave themselves for 2 weeks, and they are subject to a $500/day fine if they don't.

The bad news is that there's no good news. The Governor still has not stated how long Phase 3 will be. We're already into Phase 3 for 4 weeks. My hope is that we'll be through Phase 3 by Labor Day. Three links....

Eastham had 2 new cases of COVID-19 this week, bringing our total to 14. All of Cape Cod has only had 1757 cases, up 64 from last week. Cape Cod Hospital has 3 COVID patients.
The Eastham Chamber of Commerce published an email blast on Phase 3 - Here is the link that provides the details for Phase 3.
Below is Gov Baker's chart, redrawn (again) so we can track our progress. I'll try to maintain this chart so that the key dates remain front and center. The Governor has said that Phase 3 will be 'substantially' longer than the prior phases. Ugh. I'm hoping that we get to Phase 4 before Labor Day. Also, I've been wondering what the 'New Normal' is going to look like. The chart below is my tracking of our progress. Check out the full list at 'Reopening Massachusetts'.

Hurricane Isaias
It appears that we dodged the hurricane Isaias bullet. While west of us many millions of folks got windblown and hammered, we simply had 15 minutes of rain and fairly light winds. No loss of power. Yay!
