 Here is my fifth update video on the state of affairs in Eastham and what it means to local real estate.

I plan to publish an update video each week until we get the 'all clear'. Hopefully this will only last a few more weeks.

Summer Rental Survey ...

Last week I presented a rental survey- I asked " Have you had many cancellations for this summer?"

The response by 72 of you....

What does this tell us? I think it says that most summer tenants are simply holding their breath, waiting to see what happens next. I plan to ask again in another 3 weeks.
