Dear Eastview Family and Friends,
Welcome to April! We ended our March with many celebrations including our March Leader of the Pack winners, our 3rd Quarter Eagle Earnings Auction, and the Student Council Carnival. I hope that your spring break offered some enjoyable family time as well as some time to relax and rejuvenate. We continue to be so proud of our students and their accomplishments both in and out of the classroom.
This month will be a busy month as teachers continue to introduce students to new content and learning goals. Additionally, we will be completing the mandated Wisconsin state testing, the Forward Exam. At Eastview, we will be completing testing on April 18th, 19th, and 20th. An email with additional information about testing was sent out to families on March 21st and March 24th. Please use that email as a reference for additional details about testing.
Lastly, our final round of Lighted School House activities will begin on April 24th. Spring catalogs will be shared with students the week of April 11th. There will be many exciting offerings and fun opportunities for students to get involved, so we hope to see many students participate. To end our month, we will have our 4th grade choir concert on April 26th. For our 5th grade parents, information about Lake Geneva Middle School classes will be shared with you as we begin planning to make the transition to 6th grade. As always, thank you for your continued support of Eastview Elementary School, our staff, and our students. Together, we make an amazing team for kids!
