We are thrilled to announce that Jungle Friends is teaming up with The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation to raise funds for fruit trees for the 26 FDA squirrel monkeys who now call Jungle Friends their forever home.

We affectionately refer to these 26 monkeys as the FDA Boys, as they retired from terminated FDA nicotine studies. This was the FIRST TIME EVER the FDA has retired research monkeys to a sanctuary! See the CNN story here

Their outdoor habitats, indoor enclosures, and runways are almost completed! Now, we need to landscape their habitats, and hopefully this will include beautiful fruit trees.

And, we have GREAT NEWS! TODAY ONLY, Global Giving will match up to 30% of the funds donated on May 22 from 9:00 am - 11:59 pm!

$10.00 becomes $13.00
$20.00 becomes $26.00
$50.00 becomes $65.00
$100.00 becomes $130.00
Gregory is so excited for his "Almost Wild" life. Wouldn't it be nice for this life to include beautiful fruit trees?
Moby has been watching the habitats going up. View the Facebook album here  to see the progress!
Oak is dreaming of munching on fresh fruit that he can pick from the tree himself -- growing inside  his habitat!
We are so excited to give the FDA Boys an "Almost Wild" life. They will be introduced to their new habitats very soon! Will you help us provide fresh fruit, shade, and trees for them to monkey around in for the first time in their lives?

Gregory, Moby, Oak and their monkey buddies will be forever grateful for the delicious avocados, loquat, and peaches that YOU made available!
