You’re invited to the Second Annual Dementia Stakeholder Summit! Join us for a morning of information, education and networking as we examine ways to improve health outcomes for persons with dementia and discuss ways to reduce caregiver burden.

This event is targeted for: healthcare/service providers who work with older adults, individuals with disabilities and family caregivers –– specifically for those who interact with persons with dementia; students in a healthcare field; interested business and/or civic leaders and family caregivers.

*The cost to attend is sponsored by Aging & In-Home Services of Northeast Indiana via the Alzheimer’s Disease Program Initiative (ADPI) grant funded by the Administration for Community Living. Donations in lieu of fees to benefit the Family Caregiver Center will be accepted at the event.
