New: Edit clubs and projects in 4-H Online
4-H families now have the ability to edit their club and project listing in 4-H Online! If you are adding a club, such as one of the many statewide opportunities, or adding or changing your projects, you can now log into your 4-H Online account to do this. A few notes with editing your club or projects:

  • All changes are submitted to the county level for approval. All requests will be approved on a weekly basis. You will be required to enter a request reason, such as "enrolling in this club".
  • Your account must be in approved status to make changes. If you have recently submitted your enrollment and it has not yet been approved, you will need to either wait until your profile has been approved or contact our office.
  • If you are attempting to add a project and you do not see it listed, please ask your club administrative leader regarding availability in that club. If a project needs to be added to a club, the club administrative leader should contact the office to add the project to their club. The full listing of all projects available in Eaton County can be found at: https://www.canr.msu.edu/eaton/uploads/files/Project%20Listing2020.pdf
  • As this is a new feature, there may be some bugs in the system. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to the office and include screenshots of any errors or messages as that will help the development team to troubleshoot the bugs.
  • If you need any help with editing clubs or projects, please reach out to our office at 517-543-2310 or email staff at msue.eaton@county.msu.edu.

Reminder: Approved 4-H Activities
The following information was sent from the state office on 3/4/21. Please make sure to bookmark this site and check back every two weeks:

MSU Extension professionals have been thoughtfully creating guidelines that allow Michigan 4-H volunteers and members to conduct limited business while protecting public health. This information helps create a path forward with the eventual goal of in-person programming.

The link below will take you to a web page with current guidelines. These guidelines will be updated every two weeks or as soon as new information becomes available. It is imperative that volunteers and 4-H’ers alike adhere to these guidelines so we can continue to focus on community standards for eventual in-person events and programs.
