STONESHIRE VILLAS UNDERWAY
|

Spruce Grove's newest multi-family project is underway! Stoneshire Villas is located at 92 Longview Drive in the Stoneshire neighborhood and backing onto hole five of The Links at Spruce Grove.
Developed by PK Developments, this 195,000 SF multi-family development on 3.67 acres will introduce 94 luxury townhome rentals to Spruce Grove. Each unit will offer large contemporary kitchens, energy efficient appliances, spacious bedrooms, high-end finishes, and private garages. Pets are welcome!
As part of the development, an amenity building will offer Stoneshire Villa residents a fully-equipped fitness facility, lounge, and games room. Construction began in August 2022 and the first units are estimated to be available for rent by June 2023.

๐ OPENING OF COLUMBUS PARK ๐

City Council, together with members of the City Centre Business Association (CCBA), officially marked the opening of the newly redeveloped and transformed Columbus Park in Spruce Grove's City Centre. Construction work on the Civic Centre is expected to start in November and will be the largest project in the City's history. Amenities include a spectator arena, community arena, Public Library satellite location, black box theatre, art gallery and dedicated program room, and community walking track. It will be co-located with the Spruce Grove Transit Centre. Construction is expected to be complete by mid to late 2024 and open to the public in 2025.
