Economics Courses for Teachers
We understand the challenge of teaching economics with confidence and clarity. In response to your needs, and with support from the Delaware Council on Economic Education (DCEE), we are excited to offer three asynchronous online courses:
- K-5 Teachers: ±10 hours
- 6-8 Teachers: ±16 hours
- 9-12 Teachers: ±17 hours

Course Highlights

- Provides fundamentals in economic concepts
- Based on a highly acclaimed McGraw-Hill program
- Free for Delaware teachers who complete the course within 11 weeks
- Limited free access codes available
- Refundable $50 deposit (returned upon course completion)
- Earn 10, 16, or 17 clock hours and a CEEE certificate
- Open to all Delaware teachers interested in economics
Course Structure
- Coursework is asynchronous
- 5-minute videos explaining key concepts in Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and International Trade
- Adaptive learning assignments
- Homework (80% score required to advance)
