Employer Registration Now Open for Hiring Fair 2025

The City of Rancho Cucamonga will be hosting its annual Hiring Fair on Saturday, September 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Central Park (11200 Base Line Road).


Rancho Cucamonga employers are invited to participate in the City’s Annual Hiring Fair, offering a great opportunity to connect with a pool of local talent and skilled workers. The event attracts over 200 attendees each year, all eager to find employment. Participation is completely free of charge.


Employers who register by Friday, August 22 will be highlighted as participating employers in the event’s marketing materials.

 

By joining the Hiring Fair, you’ll benefit from:

State Treasurer's Office Resources: Tools to Support Businesses

The California State Treasurer’s Office offers powerful programs to help small businesses access capital, reduce costs, and invest in growth. Here are a few resources worth sharing: 


  • Sales and Use Tax Exclusion (STE): California manufacturers may qualify for a tax exclusion on eligible equipment and systems used in manufacturing, research, and development. Explore the STE Program 


  • CalCAP for Small Business: This program supports lenders by contributing to loan loss reserves, helping small businesses secure loans they might not otherwise obtain. Learn about CalCAP for Small Business


  • CalCAP Collateral Support: Provides financial institutions with additional collateral for qualified small business borrowers, bridging the gap for businesses with limited assets. See CalCAP Collateral Support

California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC)

The California Competes Tax Credit (CCTC) is an income tax credit available to businesses that want to locate in California or stay and grow in California. Businesses of any industry, size, or location are eligible to apply in one of the three application periods each year. Applicants will be analyzed based on 14 different factors of evaluation, including number of full-time jobs being created, amount of investment, and strategic importance to the state or region. Application Period Timeline

For fiscal year 2025-2026, GO-Biz will accept applications for the California Competes Tax Credit during the following periods:

  • July 21, 2025 - August 11, 2025
  • January 5, 2026 - January 26, 2026
  • March 2, 2026 - March 16, 2026
