7th Annual Camp DEM Prepares Future Workforce
"They have an opportunity to learn about physics, chemistry, design, engineering, manufacturing. They get to do a lot of cool stuff," said Christie Shelton, one of about 60 volunteers helping to run the camp.

Barbara Ward, workforce development director for the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce which presents the camp, said the camp would not be possible without those sponsors and the group of volunteers. But, ultimately, it's about the students.
