It will also cover the key tax and legal implications of operating as a sole proprietor, partnership, corporation, or limited liability company (LLC). Participants will gain a clear understanding of strategies to minimize personal liability for business debts and obligations.


Additionally, attendees will learn effective ways to use an LLC or corporation to protect personal assets, including strategies to prevent creditors from “piercing the corporate veil” and holding business owners personally liable.

AmPac provides tailored financing solutions and support through its Community Lending Programs, SBA 504 loans, and Entrepreneur Ecosystem—guiding businesses from cradle to legacy.


First Time Buyer Program

This program provides down payment assistance in the form of liquidity replacement to small business owners purchasing their first commercial real estate property to be occupied by their business. This program seeks to make commercial real estate ownership possible using SBA 504 or 7a loans through AmPac.
