Social Monk
Cheesecake Factory debuted its first "fast casual Asian concept" called Social Monk Asian Kitchen, at The Promenade Westlake Village. Social Monk's menu was created by award-winning Singaporean Chef Mohan Ismail. Social Monk is located at 4000 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

RDPH Properties, a nonresidential business operator relocated their office to the City, located at 200 N. Westlake Boulevard.

You can find the newest "no-appointment-required" Supercuts hair salon at the North Ranch Mall, located at 3825 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Auto Sales
A total of 1,350 new vehicles were sold in January 2019. New vehicles sales decreased by 33% from December 2018 and decreased by 5% from a year ago. Additionally, 788 pre-owned vehicles were sold.
