Edgebrook Proof of Vaccination or Proof of Negative Test
Effective October 25th
Beginning on October 25th, King County DoH requires all Edgebrook members and guests to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test administered within the previous 72 hours.

Edgebrook’s process will be as follows:

Please show proof of vaccination OR a negative FDA-approved PCR test administered within the previous 72 hours upon entrance to the club. Proof will be required EACH time you enter. This requirement only applies to those aged 12 and over, but is applicable during all hours of operation at the club, including USTA matches, Cups Matches, court times, lessons and Junior Tennis Programming for both participants and spectators.

Language from the King County Department of Health order is as follows:

For purposes of this ORDER, “fully vaccinated” means that a person has received all the required doses of an FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccine (two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) or a WHO-authorized COVID-19 vaccine series, and 14 days have passed since the final dose.

Verification of vaccination may be established by any of the following methods of documentation:

  • CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Record Card, or photo of CDC Vaccine Record Card
  • QR Code, digital or printed certificate from MyIRmobile.com (WA Department of Health partner website, My Immunization Records)
  • Vaccine administration record from a vaccine provider, including an individual’s doctor, pharmacy, or other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including a photo or photocopy
  • Any other digital vaccine card specified by Public Health – Seattle & King County as sufficient to demonstrate proof of vaccination status.

Additional identification, such as a driver’s license or ID, is not required.

As an alternative to providing vaccine verification, prior to entry individuals must provide digital or printed documentation from a testing agent, including a laboratory, health care provider, or pharmacy of a negative FDA-approved PCR test administered within the previous 72 hours. (Note: Onsite testing at Edgebrook is not available.)

Medical and religious vaccine exemptions are not accepted in place of vaccine verification or documentation of a negative COVID test.

If you are fully vaccinated and you would prefer to not show proof of vaccination each time you enter the club AND you are comfortable with a designation being added to your name on your member profile (which is public to other members), you are able to email a copy of your vaccination card to [email protected]. By doing so, you are agreeing to disclose your vaccination status to both the club and others within the club. Having your vaccination status on file/public disclosure is not a requirement.

Thank you for helping our club stay in compliance with this order.
