The Universidad Central del Caribe (UCC) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The UCC designates this education activity for a maximum of 16 AMA-PRA Category 1 Credits TM. The UCC is also a provider under the "Junta de Licenciamiento y Disciplina Médica" of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Office of Regulation and Certification for Health Care Professionals, provider #00024, and by the "Colegio de Trabajadores Sociales de Puerto Rico". Participants should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
