WHY: This event was planned by the EP committee members in hopes to offer our Camden County School staff access to valuable resources as we all plan and prepare for the upcoming summer months.

This one hour virtual event will spotlight 6 Camden County providers

The Annual NJ Youth Transition Conference was created for youth ages 14-21+ who experience I/DD, their families and caregivers and the professionals who serve them. The 2^nd Annual NJ Youth Transition Conference will be held the first week in October!
