Let's continue to be mindful of the immunocompromised

Live webinars are still your preferred way to learn
Live webinars (63%), workshops (48%), recorded webinars/podcasts (47%), conferences (39%), on-demand/asynchronous (39%), article/book discussions (29%), and panel discussions (27%).

But there are so many webinars

“...There are a lot and they all tend to bleed together.”

And keep it low-key

“It depends on the topic, but lately I avoid things that require too much active
engagement - don't have the energy”

“Serving vulnerable populations, self-care and mental wellness in the workplace, how to make services and resources more accessible”

“library futures: libraries keep reinventing themselves and now we need to do it again. what have we learned from the pandemic? from the Great Information War? what do we need to change/anticipate? --work/life balance: everyone is on overload. how to help all library staff step back from this crisis mode thinking”
On social media
You have questions

"TikTok library accounts. XD I don't understand them! Example
I mean, I get it, but it has 24,900+ views!"

"Is social media REALLY useful for academic library marketing, or just a giant time suck? LOL"
On burnout
Burnout and other related terms came up A LOT

“I am concerned that library leadership/management/organizational structures are
leading to widespread burnout. Yes, folks can do all the self care, but I think what's really getting to people is leadership and work structures/cultures. How do we become human centric work places?”

“How can we be healthy under intense pressure and constantly unsettling change?”
