The Kane County Regional Office of Education held the 44 th Annual Educator of the Year Ceremony on May 3, 2019 at the Q Center in St. Charles. The event honored 36 distinguished educators that were nominated by local committees and are seen as having the respect and admiration of students, parents, co-workers, and community members. They play active and useful roles in their communities and in their schools, often distinguishing themselves as leaders.

AA# 2001 - Illinois Performance Evaluation Training - NEW JUNE DATE
In additional to the July, August and September dates, we have now added a June option for the Admin Academy #2001!

This course will be held on June 18th and 19th from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day at the Kane County ROE offices.

AA #1815 - Meeting Tips, Tools and Techniques to Achieve Results
Participants will learn skills and strategies to design and plan effective meetings including purpose, process, preparation and pacing. This course will help participants apply facilitation tools and techniques to actively engage all team members. They will examine and assess the various methods to identify, implement, and monitor team decisions. As a result of this academy, participants will think differently and make their meetings matter.

Illinois Online Academy
Summer is quickly approaching! It feel like yesterday we were in the heart of winter, but we have defrosted and are approaching the end of the school year.

Illinois Online Academy offers online courses at your own pace for a great way to sharpen your knowledge and gain PD and/or graduate hours!

The Progress Report: Summer Slide
